The Wolves are pleased to announce the commitment of 2001 born forward Alex Villa. The 18 year old most recently played for the Anaheim Junior Ducks U18 AA team posting 36 goals, and 21 assists for 57 points in 66 games.
The Wolves staff are excited about the opportunity to help Alex reach his goal of playing Junior 'A' hockey.
General Manager Clay Carson had this to say on the signing: “I've enjoyed getting to know Alex, he’s a mature young man that will fit in well within our locker room. He comes from a very good family that are excited about the opportunity here.
On the ice he will be a big part of our team. He’s a gifted offensive forward that reads the play very well and has a lethal shot. I believe this player has a very high ceiling and were excited to get him on the ice with our group. He comes from a very high end program where he has received excellent coaching over the years and it shows."
