The Wolves organization would like to extend our deepest condolences to Mel’s Family, colleagues, friends and the Victoria Grizzlies family. If you ever needed anything at Juan de Fuca or The Q Centre Arenas Mel was always right there ready to help. The Wolves always had a great
relationship with Mel and both teams would help each other out whenever we could be it equipment repairs, doing each others laundry or borrowing each others machines Mel was always there to help. Mel was the type of person every hockey team needs to be successful and spent many hours at the rink with his good friend and Grizzlies owner Don Robinson.
A kind, hard working man gone way too soon after a quick sudden battle.
